Unraveling - Poem
That aimlessness you sometimes sense May feel like your mind is unraveling. It’s a sign that your skin no longer fits As through life you are consciously traveling.
It means you are changing and rearranging A long-ago chosen direction. As the chaff falls away, it leaves you raw As you shed your familiar protection.
In time you will look back and see the wisdom In all that has come to be, And grow a new skin that feels like home. Hold on to your faith, you will see!
